Newbie Issues Getting Started

I just purchased the app.  I was able to setup a profile and log into my ISY.  All my lights, scenes and switches/dimmers showed up.  Using the app, I am able to control Buld Devices.  I have just over 2 dozen devices controled by dimmers and relays.  Some work, others will only turn on and others have no control.

 

Any suggestions?

Odd. Can you give me an example of a device that does not work properly.?

I have 12 devices that work.  I can turn them on, off and dim with the app.  I have 7 that I can turn on and dim, but not shut off.  When I press off or double off, the light is still on but the app says it is off.  I have 8 that when I press on or double on, nothing happens.  The light is off and the app says off. If I go to the switch or log into the web interface using the isy's ip address (http://192.168.0.xxx)/WEB/udajax.htm) I can turn the light on and off.

I need to know more about the devices that don't work. (Type/model/version)

Thanks for your offer to help.  I think my issue was actually related to the PLM.  I did a restore modem (PLM)  and everything seems to be working.  Have a great weekend.
