ISY and Hub Together

I purchased a starter kit on Amazon for the dimmer modules ($42 for the kit, which included 2 dimmer modules), but I am thinking about using the hub for cameras.  Are there any issues having an Insteon hub and ISY online at the same time?  I am not planning on linking any of my devices to the hub.  Does it interfere with my current PLM at all?

Yes, It can be done, I had a hub 1 and PLM running side by side when I first migrated to the ISY. I moved Insteon devices from one to the other, one functional set of devices at a time

 

If you do add the same insteon devices to both, it can get a little tricky.

I'm currently using a 2242, 2243 and 2245 with the ISY. It can be done it you pay attention to what you're doing.
