The first on the ELK portion, is change disarmed status to green, armed to red, and make flashing red when alarm was tripped. This is more intuitive and reflects the colors on the panel. At least my panel is red for armed and green for disarmed. Yellow is good for showing during arming as you have.The next might be more challenging but would make this app even better. Have the ability to assign an mp3 or sound file to each individual sensor, switch, alarm event and armed. That way when the alarm is triggered it will play a sound file of our choice. Also when a door is opened or water sensor detects water it has a special sound. I do all this now through emailing and tasker but to have it built into the app would be awesome and easier.Thanks for listening

Thanks for listening The first can be done easy enough, since I don't have an ELK I will defer to the masses to decide on how they want this. The second will take a bit of work if I was to try, but I have a full load right now and will probably be put on the back burner for a while.

Blackbird Posted November 28, 2016 Author Posted November 28, 2016 That's the same keypad I have. Also I believe that elk on isy shows red armed and disarmed green and so does ElkRP as well as the status lights on the keyfob.

Pay no attention to this message. Thats a point I didn't think about. The elk shield should be black if there is a violated zone when not armed.

I have 64 hard wired zones and 6 wireless zones. Plus there is a lot more to be done on the Elk side and I've been urging James to do more immediate functions as he has time. Then there is a lot work on the ISY side. Poor James has so much to do on this and he still works a full time job just to feed his family.
