Quietminded Posted December 17, 2016 Share Posted December 17, 2016 Over the past few years I've added spoken names to my Mobilinc account on many devices, often times repeating them and using different names on different devices. Many on devices I no longer have. I'm afraid I may have made this to complex with my Echos. I'd like to delete all my recorded names and start fresh adding them via the admin console if my thinking makes sense to you? Is there an easy way to do it on my end, or can you do it on the Mobilinc Connect end? Any thoughts or suggestions? InsteonNut Posted December 17, 2016 Share Posted December 17, 2016 Hi Quietminded, Our Echo/Alexa integration only pulls voice names from the ISY' "Spoken" name field for devices/scenes that's settable in the Admin Console. For programs, the program name is used. The Voice names you can set in the MobiLinc app are device specific for the on-device voice recognition engine we built and released long before Alexa was a product.
