SyncroLink Not Communication Status

I have 2 SynchroLink modules for monitoring the status of my washer and dryer.  These had worked fine for several years but a while back stopped sending status.  I finally got around to troubleshooting them today and noticed that while the unit does not show status changes automatically, it will always report properly if I press Query.  Is there a way to fix this?  

 

I am running 5.0.2 but this worked for a while after the upgrade so I don't believe that is the reason...

Try a factory reset on the Synchrolinc. If you make note of the settings first, then you won't have to go through the procedure to initialize it.
