New user, Z-Wave dongle not responding

Happy Holidays!  I'm new to HA (I've been playing with Smartthings and quickly reached it's limits).  I bought myself a ISY994izw with a PLM to play with and I'm having trouble getting started.

I wasn't able to get the Admin console to work on any of our Macs or Windows 10 boxes so I dug a Win7 box out of the garage and managed to get it fired up on that. I'm now able to login but I'm getting 'Z-Wave dongle not responding' when I select the Z-Wave drop down, and every 30 seconds or so I'm forced to login again.

I've disabled anti-virus, turned off the win7 firewall and added the ISY IP to Java's security list. I appear to be running the latest version of the firmware (4.5.4). IE 11, Win 7 pro, latest Java. I telnet'ed in and rebooted the ISY as well.

My home network is pretty simple, and the only HA I have is a ST hub and 2 smart outlets.

Any advice?

Jim

I've been able ti access the ISY on all my Win10 machines. Your firmware is 4.5.4. What is the UI?

It's alive!

The UI is 4.5.4.

I wasn't sure if it was a Win10 issue or not, so trying Win7 was more of a debug step just to make sure the ISY was working.  But I gave my Mac another shot got it working in Safari, and now everything is working normally.  Windows 7 will go back in the garage. :)

Thanks for reply!

Jim
