Vince Posted January 13, 2017 Share Posted January 13, 2017 I have a Keypadlinc (2334) and a Remotelinc2 (2342) I recently added to the ISY Console. The devices were in use before but I never added them to the Console. When I did, the Controller/Responder information from only one button showed up on the Console. "Stusviews" (thanks Stu) suggested Restore Device/Write Updates to see if that helped. It did not. I tried deleting a scene and re-adding it to the console. That was successful but the button on the Keypadlinc did not work and I could not operate the device from the console. I had to restore the button manually. Any ideas? stusviews Posted January 14, 2017 Share Posted January 14, 2017 That's expected. The usual recommendation is to factory reset a device before adding it or at least select Remove Existing Links.
