What happened to "query all?"

My system used to have "query all" in the program section; now it reads "Set <not specified> Query." I am unable to find the Query action to program, and past postings have not been helpful, as they refer to functions I can't find in my current setup. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

    This is what my Query All Program shows.

    You should be able to add it if it is missing. Though why it disappeared  maybe a problem.

     

    Query All

    If
            Time is  3:00:00AM
     
    Then
            Set Scene 'My Lighting' Query
     
    Else
       - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')
