Tasker/AutoVoice Crashed… Now Alexa won't forget test command!

During my initial testing of AutoVoice, my phone unfortunately crashed… Now Alexa won't forget my initial test command even though it's been deleted in Tasker and does not show up as an available Command in AutoVoice. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling both Tasker & AutoVoice as well as disabling/re-enabling the AutoVoice Alexa skill including re-linking my account to no avail. Any thoughts? Thanks! :-)

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
