Restore PLM fails

Suddenly started having communications errors with my ISY994. Nothing was changed or added to my setup. I followed the wiki instructions to replace and restore the PLM.  I also replaced the modem cable. I did not use Delete Modem. 

 

Restore Modem fails with the following error message:

 

Failed Resetting PLM

[-200000/-30]

Could not open file

[/CONF/PORTAL.PSF]

 

I've tried Restore Modem multiple times with the same error message. The error log was too large to attach. Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Do you have the optional Portal Plug In?

Did you possibly use a backup made while the PLM was starting to go bad, for your restore?

The About tab in Admin Console shows that these modules are installed:

OpenADR (21010)

Portal Integration-MobiLinc (21073)

Zwave (21100)

 

I've never installed any other module. I received an email from MobiLinc on 03/03 indicating that the MobiLinc service had expired. I have not renewed yet.

 

I tried backups from 02/19/17 and 09/02/16.  I was not aware of any issues at the time of those backups.

I wounder if the expired Portal Integration-MobileLinc (21073) has something to do with the missing file.

You may want to ask in the MobileLinc section or post a trouble ticket with UDI.

I started wondering if the expired MobiLinc was the problem.  Thanks for the help.
