InsteonNut Posted April 14, 2017 Share Posted April 14, 2017 Hi Paulk8, Make sure to try all the profiles for Pan/Tilt as each are different targeting different known implementations of Foscam PTZ. If you've tried all and none work, please send me your external IP, port, RTSP port, and the camera's username/password to: support@mobilinc.com so we can investigate adding support for you from the lab.
