I went through a pretty rough divorce followed by a near fatal car accident from a drunk 19 year old driver.  My stuff has been boxed up by friends and family for about 2 years.  Everything was great with my system but I haev forgotten my password and log in for UI and all my sensors and everything are thrown in a box.  Anyone that can get me started would be much appreciated.  Sadly this was a hobby of mine and I loved and I really want everything back.  Thank you everyone in advance.

Welcome back. Toss the PLM on it and get er going. You can push the rest button and reset your password easily enough. Then look in the wiki how to remove all your PLM links and start from scratch. For each device you add back just make sure to "remove all links".

Do you have an ISY-994, or ISY-99?

Do you want to start fresh?  Factory reset instructions are found at the UDI wiki, and in the comprehensive user manual.

  • Use a sharp object (for example an straightened paperclip) to push in the recessed Reset button and watch for the RX, TX, MEM, and ERR LEDs to start flashing (once per second).
  • Hold the Reset button for approximately 10 seconds more, until the above LEDs turn off and the MEM LED flashes quickly.

Note, you will also need to factory reset each individual device.  Instructions for each are found on smarthome web page, but mostly consist of 1) unplugging, holding in the little button, and plugging back in, or 2) pulling the little tab out and pushing full in and holding a bit.
