tosterhouse Posted May 7, 2017 Posted May 7, 2017 I shutdown the computer but not PLM or ISY. Power company shut us down for 20 minutes. Power came back up Restarted computer Tried accessing the isy using admin.jnlp but i get an error "Socket Open Failed java.net.SocketTimeoutException" Rebooted ISY and PLM Unit is still controlling the house i used https://my.isy.io/udajax/udajax.htm?mode=corp#/programs/0044/ and able to access Cleared Java Cache How do I get to the isy using admin.jnlp to work again? tosterhouse Posted May 7, 2017 Author Posted May 7, 2017 I was able to use the Web address to get the URL I can now get to the password page and use admin/admin Pressed the reset button until the lights stopped flashing and were one after the other. released the reset button. Used admin/admin It tells me incorrect username and password? Quote
larryllix Posted May 7, 2017 Posted May 7, 2017 admin/admin should work after the Factory Reset you just did. Try powering down your ISY and PLM again. Power up the PLM first and then after about 15 seconds power up the ISY. Try again. You programs and setting will be gone. I hope you have a backup. Quote
