trying to get TH8320ZW1000 connected with Z-WAVE

I installed two TH8320ZW1000 thermostats but after putting the ISY994 in the Z-Wave add and include I get nothing. I tried to use the event viewer but don't see anything .I upgraded the z-wave firmware to 4.55/103 but not getting anything. Trying to figure out how to debug more. The ISY994 is about 40 feet away in the house..

    You do know you have to tell the thermostat to send it's Node information? It's in the thermostat settings, set RF to a value of "1" while the ISY is in Include mode.

    Thanks for the reply. It was doing that but apparently I had the ISY controller too far away. Moved it close and it hooked up. Solved by adding to AEOTEC Range Extender 6 devices. All now working.
