musicmatters Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 Hi , I recently migrated over to the ISY-994 from the older ISY-99. I can control all my devices, but my scenes are not able to be controlled. If I write a new scene I can control it just fine, but the existing ones have no response. Where can I look to fix this? 1
paulbates Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 (edited) Hi- there are a few things, try these ideas Unplug and replug the PLM, retry Try "Restore Modem" from the file menu in the admin console (you may have to visit wireless devices like motion sensors and put them in linking mode) If those don't work, how old is the PLM, this is the symptom of a dead PLM (> 2 years)? musicmatters Posted July 24, 2017 Author Posted July 24, 2017 I did that and nothing happened. I recently bought a new PLM about 8 months ago. Anything else to look for?
paulbates Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 I would try rebuilding a scene. Pick one of the devices in a scene. Right-click on it, and pick Restore Device. Retry the scene afterwards If that doesn't work, you might have to rebuild the scenes, unfotunately Paul

What is the ISY firmware version, is the admin console the same version as your ISY firmware?
fasttimes Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 I had this problem and had to rebuild my scenes manually. Paying extra for the delayed writes made this a lot easier. The delayed write is the green buttons on the toolbar. One for regular devices, and the other for battery operated devices.
