Support for double tap (basic set?)

Hi All,

 

I just got some GE Z-wave plus dimmer switches (14294) and was wondering if I can take advantage of a double tap.  If I understand correctly the switch supports something called "basic set" if you double tap.

Can I somehow incorporate this into a program to take a different action when this is received.  For instance turn on all the lights in a scene when I double tap?  But turn on only the single switch if I single tap.  I am running firmware 4.6.2.  Appreciate any help!
