slpelts Posted September 5, 2017 Share Posted September 5, 2017 I am trying to add a 2457D2 as a new device. I cannot find that specific device in the drop down. Closest I can find is a 2457D2X and it will not link I try auto and it does not find it either. any suggestions? thanks Link to comment

Brian H Posted September 5, 2017 Share Posted September 5, 2017 Try the 2457D2 in a different location and see if there is an issue where it was installed. You can also open the Event Viewer in Level 3. And see if it is responding or not. When you try and add it. Link to comment
