Replaced PLM

I have recently had to replace my Insteon PLM used by my ISY to connect to the power line network. Following the instructions in this Forum, I did so and then did the Restore Modem command. Afterwards, a number of my non-battery powered devices are showing that changes are unable to be written to the particular device. I right mouse click on them and select Write Updates to Device. The interface goes through the motions of writing, and when it is done the status has not changed. Furthermore, now one or two of the devices are mysteriously being turned off even though there has been no command issued or program run that would cause the device to be turned off. What do I need to do in order to correct this situation? Thanks.

This has happened to me. Factory reset one of them and then restore device to it. If that works, continue to the rest.

Let's get through this part and then move on to the mystery device offs if its still an issue.
