JSylvia007 Posted September 23, 2017 Posted September 23, 2017 Howdy all! I have an Aeotec Multisensor 6 (on battery power), and I'm trying to use it to turn on my laundry room lights... I figured this would be simple, but it's proving infuriating. I have an Aeotec Siren as a repeater as well, but I'm not sure if it's being used in the communication chain. I have created a simple program: Laundry Room Motion - [ID 0024][Parent 0017] If Status 'Inside House / Basement / Laundry Room / Motion Sensor / Laundry Room Motion Sensor' is On Then Set 'Inside House / Basement / Laundry Room / Laundry Room' On Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') Now - It works, BUT, there is a 35 second lag time from the time that the green light comes on from the Aeotec until the lights actually turn on. I tested this with my laptop, and from what I can tell, the program executes almost instantly on the ISY, so why does it take so long to trigger the Then?? Any help would be awesome.
Techman Posted September 23, 2017 Posted September 23, 2017 It sounds like a communication problem. Put you ISY event viewer in level 3 mode then trigger the motion sensor. Do you see any error messages in the viewer?

Had the ISY issue a Z-Wave HEAL and as soon as it finished everything worked perfectly.
