BigDigger Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Hi all. I just downloaded and installed the Trail app and am using SSL to authenticate locally. I can see all my devices, scenes etc and add to the Favorite screen but when I try to switch any device I get update failure. Any suggestions? Can't use Portal as I currently have MobiLinc which I am not too happy with. Thanks....

Can't use Portal as I currently have MobiLinc which I am not too happy with. Thanks.... It sounds like Agave lost its connection to the ISY. Are you connected via LAN/wifi or mobile data connection?
James Peterson Posted October 31, 2017 Posted October 31, 2017 Agave has a debug mode in the settings. Can you turn that on and attempt to turn a device on and off and report the logs.
