ISY shows Registered / Offline

Featured Replies

My ISY is showing offline in the my.isy.io portal page. The ISY itself shows Offline, Registered under Portal Integration - UDI, with only a refresh button. It's been this way for over a week.

I've tried deleting the ISY and re-adding it from the portal page, along with updating from 4.5.4 to 4.6.2, with no change.

What am I missing? How do I get things talking again?

Hi Drew

Are other network related things working with the ISY? For instance, if you go the the configuration tab of the admin console, and click synchronize now next to NTP, what happens.. does that work, or error out?

Any changes to your internet/network, like a new router?

If the ISY can access the network, the I would suggest you submit a problem ticket to UDI

In the Administrative Console, select Configuration, Portals. What did you find?

paulbates, thank you - your reply gave me what I needed to figure it out. The DNS server I had been using is apparently no longer valid, which the NTP query tipepd me off to. Updated that and we're in business. Thanks again!
