Set Random Bright Level in Program for Insteon LampLinc?

Hi All.

I am not sure if this is possible, but I am writing a program in the Programs Tab in the ISY994.  One thing I would like to do is  send a command to set a LampLinc to a random brightness level.  Is this possible with the ISY994 Program Language?  The ideal would be for me to be able to set a Brightness range and have it pick between that range, but even just being able to send a random Brightness number would be better than nothing.

Details:

LampLinc B2457D2

75 Watt Load

Firmware: 4.6.2

Thanks in advance for the help!

I know this easy to do in v5 but I am not sure if v4 had a level set to a variable value option.
