Honeywell/ISY/Homebridge

Goal -  Turn on Honeywell Alarm with Siri

I use HomeBridge and can turn anything on and off with Siri from the ISY

My first idea was to put the Honeywell partition in a scene and set the scene to preform the action of Arming the alarm when ON is pressed.

I did that and it wont work.  I guess it does not work in scenes at all because no matter what I choose as the action it performs nothing happens.  I posted this in a separate topic so reply there if you have any suggestions

Then I thought well I will create an empty scene and write a program that if that scene is turned on by Siri, then run the program,.

Homebridge wont run a program like Alexa portal can.  I used programs to use Alexa to turn on and off which works.

But you cant trigger based on a scene I guess.   I could add a module for each command and trigger that to run a program but thats and expensive option.

any ideas?

Jeff

You won't find much Apple help from me.

Check your other post for the log request, that i can fix assuming the ISY supports it.

They're still working on finalizing Nodes in scenes.
