LED Illumination issues

Ok I've looked and looked but can't find the answer I seek. I've recently installed a fanlinc with keypad. No matter what mode i set my buttons too I can't get the "fan off" or the "light off" buttons not to be illuminated when activated. All I want is the off button's not to stay illuminated after being pressed. Hopefully this can also help with my all off command on another keypad with the same issue. Any help?

In the option menu for the KPL set the button to Non Toggle (off)

Just some basics.

The LEDs in the buttons will always flash when pressed.

You can change the brightness levels of the LEDs (together) with a program in ISY.

To turn LEDs on or Off requires an Insteon scene, you can create in the admin console, and you can control them with programs or a direct Insteon link (scene). I prefer the control and a slight delay of the program method.

Changing the brightness of the LEDs affects all the buttons. If you just want the Off button LED of a 6-button KeypadLinc to remain off, then you can do that manually.

Press and hold the Off button until it beeps and starts blinking. Release. Press and hold the Off button a second time until the KPL beeps, about 3-5 seconds.

Finally, press and hold the Off button a third time until the KPL beeps and the blinking stops. Press the On button, the load will turn on and the On button LED will be lit. Press the Off button, the load will turn off and the Off button LED will be unlit.

Ok I'm working on the program now, can someone show me an example program for this action? I can't seem to get it right. It keeps applying the program for all button.

Individual buttons can be set to toggle, non-toggle on or non-toggle off. But, you cannot adjust the brightness of only one button on a KPL. All buttons are equally affected except as described in post #5 for the On/Off button pair on a 6-button KPL.
