Posted January 12, 20187 yr I am a new ISY-994i user and have the Insteon PLM Module. I cannot get my motion sensor or my leak sensor to pair with the controller. I have done countless factory resets on the units, and am trying to pair them individually (not at the same time), but it never finds the units. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!
January 12, 20187 yr As a battery operated module and in a power saving mode. Did you wake them up first? By holding the Set button on the module until the LED starts flashing on the module? Do you have any other Dual Band Modules or Range Extenders to help getting communications between the module and the PLM or across the two power line incoming to the home?
