New Insteon Products Released 2017?

Featured Replies

Besides the new Motion Detector released in January 2017 what other Insteon products were released in 2017?  Any idea what will come in 2018?

I followed the CES thread and went and looked at CES announcements. Nothing that helps us. Most progress in Hub land with other capabilities (Google Home) integrated in to the HUB.

This tells me they are living up to the acquisition promise to open a software development center in washington, Software for what? My guess is that they are moving to a cloud side offering that backs up the hub and allows integration across HA products. This can be considered, at the highest level, analogous one functionality of what the ISY portal offers.. products developed (Echo, Home) for and delivered to the local controller via cloud. They may try to release ISY like integration functionality in a hub product, or a hub/cloud mix... dunno.

Right now, that doesn't hurt us, the ISY still features prominently in Smartlabs and Smarthome advertising... doubt it helps us. We're already past making the case for adding z-wave to your ISY if you're itching to grow outside of the current Insteon product mix.
