Hello everyone,

 

We will have a maintenance on Sunday 01-28-2018 at 5:00 AM PDT which will last 1 hour, with downtime.

 

Due to the increased workload, we are giving additional resources to our servers.

    No, this has already been taken care of.

     

    To be more specific, we need to increase network throughput at the VM level. It's a matter of drivers that needs to be changed on all servers, including database servers.

    Ah ok, I figured it had to do with amazon, google, and Microsoft deploying those fixes on the bare metal hosts, and the compounding effects of the same fixes on the virtual server. The biggest performance hits are to database servers and others with heavy file-Io. I also believe network IO is taking a hit in some cases.
