Switches not responding

Featured Replies

In the past couple of days I have had 2 switches of different brands that stopped responding to ISY. One of the two even stopped working manually.

Someone advised me the reset the circuit breaker and that did indeed solve the issue. Both switches work again.

One possibility is the switches electronics where scrambled by some power line noise  and running wild.

When you cycled the breaker. You caused the switches to do a power up reset. Restoring the electronics to run in an orderly function.

Indeed but it is weird that it happened twice in one week and never happened before.
