I haven't dug into the ISY in quite some time due to it working so well.

A few days ago when I would give Alexa a command "turn off all lights" for instance, Alexa would say "ok" but nothing would go off until I manually hit any other insteon switch in the house, then all lights would go out. This issue seems somewhat random it works more consistently in the mornings, Alex will open shades and control lights just fine. I haven't noticed if scheduled events will trigger my voice commands to work.

Any ideas where to start?

Is "All Lights" a scene or a program? Which ISY Firmware and UI are you using? Which ISY skill (there are three)?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
