Andre Douyon Posted March 3, 2018 Share Posted March 3, 2018 Purchased new switched model number 2477D. When I go add a new device I get the error Cannot determine Insteon Engine. Here are screenshots showing everything should be correct. Any suggestions or help is appreciated. Did what I believe is factory reset by pulling small pin breaking airgap for 30 seconds. lilyoyo1 Posted March 3, 2018 Share Posted March 3, 2018 You did the factory reset incorrectly. The factory reset procedure is in the owners manual on the product webpage. Once you pull the pin out, leave out for 10 seconds, push and hold all the way in until the buzzing stops. Then the factory reset will be complete.
