In the UDI Console is there a way to prevent every changes to to be applied immediately? As soon as I make one change to a module is send the update immediately and I have to wait a few minutes before I can make another change.

Only in the "Pro" models...

So I guess mine is not a pro ISY 994i/IR (1130).

Help->About in the Admin Console will tell you if it's a PRO -- next to "Product", if it's a PRO, it'll read something like "ISY 994i/IR PRO (1110)".

The PRO upgrade is a software upgrade - you can purchase the upgrade token (or whatever it's called) from UDI, and it'll be effective immediately. 

The pro is a configurable add-on option, its not specific to the particular hardware you bought. You can:
