Breezyken Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 In MobiLinc on my iPhone I don't recall seeing the Host type option previously. When I select that to connect to my portal account I get a Status: Not Registered. When I try to connect to my existing account I get the error "Failed to Register: Invalid UUID". I have verified the UUID and I can log in to the Portal on my desktop PC. The same error occurs on my iPad. My ISY994i firmware & UI are at version 4.6.2. I had configured the portal access back in February 2018 and everything was working. Is there an app upgrade I missed? OrchMobilinc is at v4.12. It seems like the setup in the lighting controller is different from what I remember back in Feb. Where have I gone wrong??
