Sirmeili Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Earlier tonight (around 8pm EDT) I know my ISY was working as I sent a command through my HomeSeer system and it worked. However when going to bed I noticed nothing was working. I tried power cycling the ISY but now I can't log into it. It does the power sequence (power, RX, TX lights solid, Memory flashing) and then after that the Power is solid and the Memory flashes a couple of times and then just the Power light is solid. About 5 seconds later it all starts over. This seems like a boot loop to me. Any suggestions on how to get past it? I can get the admin to load by going to it's IP/admin but the java never loads. I tried using the admin link on the desktop which I normally use but it can't find the ISY. When it does, it won't let me log in. Is my ISY Hosed?
Sirmeili Posted July 7, 2018 Author Posted July 7, 2018 I pulled the micro SD card and found an error log and just see this a lot: 3739918493 0 -5 Start 3739918495 0 -110022 /CONF/INSTENG.OPT 3739918495 0 -110012 /CONF/INSTENG.OPT 3739918496 0 -170001 [Network] Established I've attached the full log here ERRORA.LOG
Sirmeili Posted July 7, 2018 Author Posted July 7, 2018 I put the SD card back in and rebooted this time with the PLM unplugged (to see if that would make a difference) and when loading the admin, I got this: ClassNotFoundException com.universaldevices.client.ui.UDClientApplet.class I got this by going to the ISY's ip with /Admin after it. I.e. http://192.168.1.31/admin
Sirmeili Posted July 7, 2018 Author Posted July 7, 2018 In a desparate move to get this back up tonight, I tried a factory reset since i have a fairly recent backup, but I get the same thing. It reboots. I also tried a new SD card and the only thing is that it now just reboots faster, but after 5 seconds, it reboots again... over and over and over.

Open a ticket and I am sure they will fix you up.
