all statuses are blank and query does nothing

I have confirmed that my isy is working by using the admin console to turn on and off some lights...

 

all of my lights have a blank status. When I click query, either nothing happens or I get "request failed". Usually nothing happens. Any ideas?

 

running 2.7.2

Hello someguy,

 

I'm afraid you will need to reboot the ISY or some of your programs will not execute properly. You can use the button on the Configuration panel.

 

Would you be kind enough to email your Log file to me? Use the Email button at the bottom of this post please.
