teksavy Posted July 28, 2018 Posted July 28, 2018 Hi: I have been using my Insteon Diagnostic Keypad to help ID my flakey insteon network. I have found a bunch of bad switches (built in 2010) and so far that has helped a lot. My question for folks who have used the keypad- is it normal to have an error on 80% of insteon transmissions? That is what is happening to me on pretty much every device in my home. Any real world experience is appreciated. Thanks -Ed

Thanks -Ed The keypad was discontinued several years ago, not sure how reliable it is. Your best bet is to use the ISY's built-in diagnostics which are quite comprehensive.
