jeffs72a Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 When attempting to add a new lock to the amazon echo interface thru the portal the option to add a lock is not available. The spoken mapping window opens. I select the desired lock from my device list. Only then the Alexa Category of Lock appears in the drop down list. After adding a spoken name and saving it the lock appears in the list as an ISY Category of Lock but the Alexa Category is a light and there is no way to change it. Of course Alexa imports the device as a light and it does not work. Seems as if the portal is mixing up the ISY and Alexa categories. Quote
