Posting HTTP Get from ISY?

I'd like to post an http get to blue iris to activate camera setpoints based on sensor status. i.e. I zoom several cameras in on the mailbox when it's opened. I currently do this with HS2 but would like to dump it and move to something else that either integrates with the ISY or form the ISY directly. Does 5.x have any such facility?

Network Resource module does that in 15 different shades of Ethernet.

Cool, is that a 5.x thing?

Nope.  4 or 5.

Nope.  4 or 5.

But it does require either an active ISY Portal subscription, or the purchase of the ‘Network Module’.
