Ray Posted November 6, 2018 Share Posted November 6, 2018 After years of using my Mobilinc Pro to connect to my ISY, it has decided not to connect for the past few days. Absolutely nothing was touched. ISY looks good and Mobilinc subscription runs out in 2020. I believe it is an issue with Mobilinc servers but cannot reach any support to confirm. I need this to work. InsteonNut Posted November 6, 2018 Share Posted November 6, 2018 Hi @Ray, I just responded to your support email we received a few hours ago. My apologies, the issue was on our end. We had a server issue late last night that prevented some disconnected ISYs from reconnecting. The issue was resolved early this morning.
