midrar Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 I’ve been a long term user for MobiLinc since they first came out and have always been pleased with the software. My wife and I both currently have IPhone X phones that we got last year. In the past month or so, we are experiencing an extremely unusual problem. If I open the MOBILINC app, I get an error that the app is disconnected and trying to reconnect. No matter how long I wait or shutting down the app and reloading, it doesn’t help. If I go into settings and try to resync my lighting controller, it will successfully sync and everything works. What complicates this issue more is my wife’s phone is experiencing the same issue. My gut says it has something to do with either the most recent IOS or app update. Please help!
midrar Posted November 10, 2018 Author Posted November 10, 2018 I just tried upgrading to 4.7.3 from 4.6.2 so we will see if this makes a difference.
