nathan Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 Is this issue still pending? I just purchased two Zooz ZEN25 and the primary nodes are stuck in 11010 "write changes" very similar to this. They also seem to have periodic errors communicating.
asbril Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 I recently purchased a Zooz 22 and have the same green "write changes" indicator and am unable to actually write that 'supposed' change to the device. However the switch works fine, so no worries for me other than the green indicator.
nathan Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 Interesting, I had all kinds of problems after adding 2 ZEN25. I just removed them and things appear much better. I also have a ZEN15 that I just added at the same time, which seems to behave. It makes me sad that the ISY ends up as a third class controller for modern ZWave devices.
jmsikora Posted July 22, 2019 Posted July 22, 2019 Was this issue ever resolved. I seem to have the same problem. Is there any way to better debug where the offending node is?
Michaelv Posted September 3, 2019 Posted September 3, 2019 Same with me, I noticed them after replacing my PLM.
Techman Posted September 3, 2019 Posted September 3, 2019 The green 1011 means that there are pending writes for that device. If it's a hard wired device then right click on the device and then click on write updates. If it's a battery operated device you need to first manually put the device into the linking mode before writing the updates.
brians Posted October 12, 2019 Posted October 12, 2019 The issue with everyone in this thread is that they have tried to write updates and doesn't not clear the green icon. I just added a Zen25 double plug and 3 of the nodes are green icon which will not clear I have tried removing and re-adding and same thing still happens. Here is a picture of what I mean... Also off-topic the Zen25 has a .3 node On-Off Power switch that doesn't appear to do anything I tried removing and adding again after posting and the green 11011 appeared again after a few minutes but only on the first three nodes. Doesn't affect operation of switch but would be nice to turn them off because is cosmetic.
brians Posted October 13, 2019 Posted October 13, 2019 I updated to 5.0.16 and the green icons are no longer beside those nodes. Will see if they come back eventually.
brians Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 The green icons came back now after two days on the first three nodes! ?
simplextech Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 I added the same ZEN25 last night for validating and I had the writing icons as well. However I did reboot that ISY last night and the writing icons are gone and have not come back. I don't think rebooting is the "correct" way to handle this but I thought I'd share what I found.
brians Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 I restarted ISY and green icons are gone. I am betting they will come back though.
simplextech Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 Do you have any other powered devices in the same area? Have you ran any queries against the plug to see if they all work or if any of them fail?
brians Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 queries work fine when it has the green icons even. I have a couple Leviton plugs in another room and they are all fine. I recently just started last year with Z-Wave (I am primarily Insteon). The only Z-Wave devices I have are: 2x Levion plug in switch 1x Levion plug in lamp dimmer WaterCop EverSpring Water sensor Yale Assure SL Lock.. works reliable and reports to ISY every time is locked/unlocked but sometimes I get timeouts when reading (believe is a wakeup issue and ISY times out) ZEN25 Double Plug I am looking at Double Plug now and is fine after I rebooted last night. I can see the last node turning on/off every second or so because I still have a USB device plugged into it which is fully charged. I did some Queries and there are never any errors.
brians Posted October 17, 2019 Posted October 17, 2019 I added another Z-Wave plus device tonight. A ZLINK PD-100 Plug-In Dimmer. It works real good but has the 10101 Green icon beside it. Rebooting ISY does not make it go away like it does with the ZEN25. I tried writing updates to it and Z-Wave synchronize, even Heal, which don't fix it. brians Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 My ZLINK PD-100 I think I solved. I was adding to a Scene with an Insteon KeypadLinc button and was trying to make it a controller also for some reason. Making it a responder doesn't add the green 10101 icon. Edit... spoke too soon, just noticed a the green icon next to it. Wish there was a way to turn off those icons, or at least determine what ISY wants to write to them. But in this case an ISY reboot clears the icon where it did not before when I tried to add as a controller in a scene.
