Admin Console can't open log

I'm having an issue with two devices turning on randomly and when I check the log they don't show any activity. Then I just tried to open the log in the admin console and it says it can't open it. Any ideas on what's causing this?

I've sorted out why the admin console wouldn't open log, still working on the devices turning on randomly.
