Posted November 30, 20186 yr New ISY994i ZW+IR Pro out of the box 30 minutes ago, added device 2477S (labeled Switch) and I can turn it on / off no problem Then I wrote a simple program to turn switch on a set time. When I saved the program, the status shows There are a couple of other posts in this forum with similiar title, but nothing that helps me understand what the issue is. Can someone help explain the issue ? Thanks
November 30, 20186 yr Remove power then remove and reinstall the SD card. If that fails, and you have a spare card, try that. If that is it UDI will send you a replacement.
November 30, 20186 yr Author Was not aware there is an SD card ... very difficult to remove, but done and same issue ... I have no SD cards Still confused, memory test shows good, but SD card is an 8GB ... what happend to the extra 4GB memeory ?

December 12, 20186 yr This was a HUGE help, Jim - thank you! Being a newb I get lost in about 3 seconds. I understood the notion of having the UI and firmware match, but deciphering HOW to make that happen wasn't easy... I still have much to learn - sure appreciate your posts! John
