Add a pic to my profile, instead of just a letter?

Looked, but could not find a way to put in a picture to appear instead of just a J in forum posts

• On the far right of the page, click your account name to get the drop down menue
• From the drop down, pick Profile
• On the far left, click the picture icon that says "Profile photo" under the current one

Thanks, that worked. I had done some other pic upload that has put a gigantic pic of me as background of my Profile screen.
