I've been using the ISY for many years now and I just had a problem that I've never seen before.  I launched the Admin Console with the launcher as I usually do and it seems to come up ok.  However, when I log in it starts to load my devices then quits.  I updated Java to the latest version.  I rebooted my computer as well as rebooted the ISY.  The problem still persists.  I am seeing the behaviour on both my desktop and my laptop.  I am currently on firmware version 4.6.2.

Also, when I use the dashboard feature from the launcher, the top of the dashboard window extends beyond the top of my desktop and I can't do anything with it.  Is it possible to resize/move the dashboard window without having access to the top part of the window?

• Did you  clear the Java cache?
   
• Also, virus programs can sometimes cause this behavior.  Were both computers' virus packages changed or upgraded?

I figured it out.  I was using http not https.  I'm not sure how that got changed, but once I realised and changed it back, everything was back to normal.
