kzboray Posted January 16, 2019 Posted January 16, 2019 I have installed maybe fifty of these over the last five years for clients and they continue to be the bane of my life. I don't think a single month has gone by with out one failing. It's always the same symptoms. one or more speed settings causes the fan to make a lot of noise and it's speed is very slow. After replacing the 2475f with a new one, everything runs fine until it fails again. I had to replace one for a client two weeks ago that had only be in use for about a year. The new fanlinc failed yesterday, with less than three weeks of service. Has anyone else had similar experiences and does anyone have suggestions or better yet has anyone identified the component or components that are failing on these things. I suspect its a cap, but without knowing for sure I hate to just start replacing parts without first checking with the experts. 1
