geekinc Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 if I was limited to one word to describe UDI, it would be dependable. There are many adjectives that come to mind, but to me, dependability is king. I have been extremely busy at work lately, and as such, I have gone two weeks without logging in to my ISY-99, and everytime I do, being an IT guy, I expect to find something wrong. I expect it to have been locked up for days, just waiting for me to save it. I expect to see that my sprinklers have gone 14 days without activating. But every single time, I find that it is working at 100%, it ran all my programs, watered my grass, my trees, and my shrubs without fault, and it is eagerly awaiting new commands and scenes! The other side of that dependability comes from the superb support structure here, it is rare that a question goes longer than 24 hours unanswered, even if that answer is we need to look further. After a not so satisfying transaction with SmartHome, getting the ISY-99 was the best move I made! Thanks so much for a wonderful product, and an even better support system. Bravo!
