"ELK Failure"

New problem, just appeared a few days ago. Two devices (one Android 8.1, one Android 9) running Agave show same problem. All ISY functions work well, but when I go to Elk --> Zones, I get the following message: "ELK Failure. Error occurred while loading ELK data. Reload data by long pressing the small ELK shield on the main screen." Reload does not work. I can get past this by pressing somewhere on the Zones screen outside the area of the error message window. That allows me to view the zones, but it doesn't permanently clear the error or solve the problem. ELK is running fine on its own, and no problems viewing ELK status with ISY.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Try reloading all data. Settings-> Data&Sync -> Refresh Data.

Have you made any changes to the ELK system?

Reloading all data did not help. No changes made to ELK system lately (last change was well before problem appeared).

Put Agave is debugging mode and send me a log.  Settings -> General Preferences -> Enable Debugging.
