unexpected event/program logs?

Hello all,

 

I have an event that is most likely triggered by a program, but I cannot find what program is causing it to occur. Is there a way to log what program is triggering a switch to turn-on? Would seem obvious to see what program it is, but I've combed thru the programs I have and cannot seem to find the one responsible.

Found the program. I had added an incorrect description, PEBCAK.
