Hello,

Just installed a new Schlage BE469ZP and added it to my ZWave controller and it gives me the error "Needs Upgrade this device is not usable with your current Nexia account configuration." Anyone have this issue that can allow assistance to me?

    This is an Isy forum so help would be limited as Nexia is a different controller that they don't support. You're probably better off contacting schlage or Nexia.

    If I were to guess, either your Nexia controller or lock needs a firmware update
