j.rieff Posted March 21, 2019 Share Posted March 21, 2019 My local ISP has been upgrading service to all its customers. It required a new modem and router. Rather than having a router that had an address of 192.168.1.1 I now have a router with an address of 192.168.254.254. In order to use port forwarding with my ISY, I had a static address assigned to it. I have tried doing a factory reset (yes I have a recent backup) and follow the installation instructions, but I am unable to access the ISY. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong? Link to comment
